What you say about us

Liz Alvis, Natural Health Magazine, Indulgent Blessing Treatment (Intonga Amasatchi)

'The stick massage as part of the indulgent Africology Blessing treatment was very effective and did a great job of ironing out my crumpled shoulders. The Africology products used throughout the session left my skin feeling nourished and very soft afterwards. This exotic-sounding treatment is just as indulgent as its name suggests. In fact I defy anyone not to feel blessed-ou-after this 85, minute-long pampering session!'

Shayne Renolds SA

"My skin felt amazing after my body scrub, it made such a difference as I had been struggling with dry skin for so long.  Combined with yummy Body conditioning oil, I'm now silky smooth."

Our body work recognises the mind, body and soul connection and great care is taken to restore balance between the three, understanding that total calmness and relaxation is obtained when a gentle harmony is achieved. We acknowledge the work of our African ancestors, and draw upon many of their healing rituals to cleanse, heal and purify the body. Our touch works deeply into the core of tired stiff muscles, while our essential oils help to calm and uplift the mind. We teach our therapists to work intuitively with the body learning to recognise and connect with your energy, creating a very safe and calm space for you to feel truly restored.

african potato

African Potato balances the immune system and keeps it regulated. It is an African root, much like a potato or a turnip plant. Inedible as a vegetable, it has been used traditionally in Africa to keep away colds and fight infections. It is currently being used to treat AIDS patients, whose immunity is severely compromised.
