Returns Policy & Procedure 

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund within 7 working days from reciept of delivery. Provided that you tell us within seven working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item.

STEP 1 - notifying us of your intention to return your order
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within a period of seven working days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you, by emailing us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Please provide full details of the order number, and invoice number and the goods which are being returned. Any notice given by you after this period shall not be effective to entitle you to return your goods or receive a refund. STEP 2 - completing the necessary documentation
Once you receive the return acknowledgement email, please complete the Returns Form in the email, including a brief description of the products being returned, original order number and invoice number. This form must then be sent with the returned items. To help us maintain high standards of future customer service, please indicate the reason (if any) for your return in the space provided. Please retain a Copy of the Returns Form for your records.

STEP 3 - returning the product

Please note that all parcels must be returned within 14 working days of delivery of the goods to you.

  • Africology UK LTD accepts no liability if you return goods by any method other than a recorded delivery method (one that requires a signature upon receipt).
  • Africology UK LTD accepts no liability in respect of returned goods unless and until such returned goods have been received by us in their original condition and in their original packaging. Please make sure that the returned package is properly secured and that you have enclosed the necessary returns Form.
  • You must retain the recorded delivery receipt for your own purposes in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods by recorded delivery. This will be required by us only in the unlikely event that the goods are not successfully returned despite being sent by recorded delivery.

STEP 4 - calculating your refund
After the returned items have arrived at our distribution centre, they will be examined and the appropriate refund will be calculated.
We will refund you the price you paid for the goods which we receive back inclusive of the initial delivery charge.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, no refund will be available. You will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification to you that we will not process a refund in respect of such goods.
We will refund the price paid by you for goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) when we have received the returned goods in their original condition at our distribution centre, or when required by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, whichever is sooner. STEP 5 - processing refund
We will process the applicable refund and notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Shipping & Delivery

Undeliverable packages 

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.  Additional delivery charges for re-delivering of goods, are payable before goods are dispatched again.
